Early Works Contract

RCQ Projects has been appointed as Head Contractor to deliver the Early Works Package on behalf of the client. Contract works commenced on 3 November 2025 and include:

  • Site establishment, including erosion and sediment control measures;

  • Sewer and stormwater diversion (Unitywater-approved works); and

  • Sheet piling and bulk earthworks in preparation for the main building works.

These works will involve the use of significant plant and equipment on site, which is expected to generate increased noise and vibration at times. RCQ Projects, however, are highly experienced in delivering works of this nature, having constructed the majority of the apartment buildings along Serenity Close.

The contracted works are currently scheduled to run through to July 2026.
